THE PRIMORDIAL ALGORITHM CHALLENGE: Cultural diversity and intercultural dialogue vs. Cultural deficiencies identified along intercultural and multicultural collaboration

THE CHALLENGE: To design  PTT Primordial Algorithms dedicated to achieve/develop benefits for an emerging global culture and civilization from cultural diversity and intercultural dialogue, as well as from cultural deficiencies identified through cultural encounters, multicultural and intercultural collaboration processes.

Background: Cultural diversity suggests a complex challenge to be faced by the emerging global culture and civilization.

The UN Publication on cultural diversity and intercultural dialogue provide a clear detailed overview on their importance for a global sustainable development and civilization advancement.

QUOTE: ”     Cultural diversity has emerged as a key concern at the turn of a new century. Some predict that globalization and the liberalization of the goods and services market will lead to cultural standardization, reinforcing existing imbalances between cultures. Others claim that the end

of the bipolar world of the Cold War and the eclipse of political ideologies will result in new religious, cultural and even ethnic fault lines, preluding a possible ‘clash of civilizations’. Scientists warn of the threats to the Earth’s environment posed by human activity, drawing parallels between the erosion of biodiversity and the disappearance of traditional modes of life as a result of a scarcity of resources and the spread of modern lifestyles. ‘Diversity’ is becoming a rallying

call among those who denounce persistent socio-economic inequalities in developed societies. Cultural diversity is similarly posing a challenge to the principles of international cooperation: it is invoked by some to contest universally recognized human rights, while others — like UNESCO — hold firmly to the view that full and unqualified recognition of cultural diversity strengthens the universality of human rights and ensures their effective exercise. “

At the LDMF Foundation, a human potential project, focus on “Study of Cultural deficiencies & its impact in leadership, strategic management and governance. Development of solutions.”

QUOTE: ” Culture refers in our modern times not only to that one of a nation, but of corporate culture, which includes also religious culture, family house culture and the legacy of laws or decision making guidelines that create a pattern of thinking, perceiving, designing of solutions and condition response-ability. (REF: LDMF Foundation, research on Culture Generation Engines) We have studied human natural stages of development, in the individual, in a collective, family, community and organization. We would like to study the stages of development in a culture. (REF: LDMF Foundation research project on human potential, 9+ stages of development, quantification of the human value, peace, culture development and civilization advancement) Within this context, under the field of strategic risk management, leadership and governance, a key field of interest would be the study of cultural deficiencies.  Which is the level of impact the cultural condition (corporate, family, nation culture) has in the strategic risk management? How the level and dimension of impact vary according to the stage of development of the leader, collective, organization, culture ? How emotional intelligence, self-management, perception and capacity of thinking and doing out of the box can compensate the cultural deficiency ?

What are cultural deficiencies?

Cultural deficiencies are studied from the perspective identification of variety, richness and human potential, a potential development and skill, that can be developed out of the challenge faced by a deficiency. In these terms a deficiency is a skill not yet achieved nor developed. From that perspective, cultural deficiencies become cultural skills, when overcome, or studied at particular settings.

What does it mean dialogue between cultures when a culture may be that one of an organization, a corporation, governance, a family, a clan, a community, a religion, or a nation?
